“Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good you'll have to ram them down people's throat.”

The above quote points out the quintessential faith you must have in your business idea. Your venture must not be just an idea or goal, it must be a dream that you believe in and more importantly, you are willing to live that dream every single day and feel proud, happy and satisfied. The option of the next best option must almost cease to exist. When the idea is your only aspiration, it will automatically bring out the best in you.
Do not ever be afraid of changing or modifying the method of realizing your dream. Experiment with your ways. Don't be disheartened by failure, rather expect it. This is probably the first time you are doing whatever you are doing. You will make mistakes, its obvious. Whenever you fail, think, analyze and ask all the uncomfortable questions. Figure out where you went wrong, what you can do to rectify it. Making a mistake is not a crime, repeating it is. Hence it is important to reflect and retrospect your failure.
“When you are the hardest hit, that is when you must not quit.” Give your venture time. Most of the businesses fail because the idea was shelved even before it was fully understood. Let the idea exist, mature and then take a call whether you need to modify or shelf it. Successful entrepreneurs would always tell you that the most important thing after the business idea is its timing. Have faith in what you have created and let it evolve with time.
Get used to being criticized. Whatever you do and however you do it, people will always have different and often contrary opinions about it. Criticism or opposition must not deter you. A successful person is someone who makes a building out of the bricks others throw at him. Evaluate and consider all feedback to be important. After all its your consumers that will determine the fate of your business.
To conclude- I'd cite a personal experience- To establish Clickindia was not an easy task and I am aware that the journey of taking it forward will not be easy either, but what I'm sure of is it'll be worthwhile. So follow your dream, its definitely difficult but it'll be worth it.
