Description:
DSLR cameras are becoming increasingly popular in personal user market. India has emerged as a mjor market for digital cameras. Lots of people are spending good amount of money to make sure that they get a good quality digital camera. Some famous brands are quite popular in India now—Nikon, Canon, Olympus and Sony etc.
While talking about DSLR cameras, some points make them prominent: MPS (megapixels), FL (focal length), MRP (maximum retail price), AP (actual price), and how much proficiency the user has in using all features of the camera (given that he/she is not a professional camera-person).
Talking about camera lenses, the main point to notice is the focal length along with the aperture size that one wants. It should be noticed here that a lens made for Canon won't work for Nikon. Camera apparatus and lens have an electronic connection, which limits the uses of cross-brands. Auto-mode works on this principle where the camera adjusts the focus using a motor that is often built in the lens itself. This condition is called “lens mount”.
The basic camera kit offers a lens of around 18-55 mm. However, there are different lenses offering micro- and tele-shooting options, based on the requirements of focal length, zoom level, and aperture size.
To make sure that you make an appropriate purchase of the camera lens (given the fact that camera lenses are often costly and could match the camera apparatus itself), it is wise to read some expert ratings or customers' reviews.
Different camera makers uses different technology, whereas Nikon provides its own range of cameras under the name of “Nikkor Lens”. Are you ready to answer the question “what lens you want to see through”?
