Prior to setting up Evalueserve, Aggarwal was the Director of Emerging Business Opportunities for IBM Research Division Worldwide. He has published over 80 research papers and 6 patents, and has received two Outstanding Invention Awards. In 2008, the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi awarded him with the ‘Distinguished Alumni Award’. This honor has come his way for his contribution as an outstanding corporate leader who has earned recognition in the international community through innovations, particularly in laying a unique business model at Evalueserve and scripting a new success story.
Evalueserve’s services include customised financial and investment research, business research, market research, intellectual property, legal support services, supply chain support services and knowledge technology.

Its clients include investment banks, commercial and retail banks, insurance companies, private equity firms, other organisations worldwide, including leading consulting and research firms, law firms and intellectual property firms.
Since its founding in 2000, Evalueserve has established four research centres in Chile, China, India and Romania, covering multiple industries across every continent and in more than 50 languages. Over the years, the company has grown at a high rate across multiple dimensions and has spread over North and South America, Europe and Asia.

A distinguishing factor of Evalueserve is its market research division that offers end-to-end market research solutions to both large and small/medium companies in the areas of brand perception, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and new product development.
