YEs, Dr. Kurien inspired lot of people. He brought on a revolution. Only thing that made me sad was how he could not grace fully withdraw from day to day work when his health was failing and he could not work. He could have remained a much bigger father figure to dairy industry. We see lot of elderly people who are reluctant to let it go even when their health and other such age related issues does not allow them to work at capacities they used to work at. We must teach this also at Management schools. How to retire grace fully. One very important field for this is POLITICS. One shining example is of Mr. Narayan Murthy.
