Things are in turmoil. They have been thus for quite some time. There has been a huge knowledge explosion, and everybody seems to know everything. And when somebody knows everything, why should s/he need counseling and/or mentoring.
Fact of the matter is we know a great deal, but understand very little. There is great need for correlating what we know with what we need, and how we can use the result to ensure for us the best returns possible. And we can do this with great accuracy. All we need are ways and means to do it effectively.
We will make this possible here. And begin our efforts with the basic issue in hand: What is mentoring?
