Opsbuds Solutions is premiering its Customer Interaction Management and market research services in the Indian market; brings together CRM and data analysis for the past year. It plans to bring in predictive analysis to customer satisfaction domain.

Opsbuds Solutions is founded by KK Cariapa in 2011.

Customer relationship management (CRM) is a widely implemented strategy for managing a company’s interactions with customers, clients and sales prospects. Companies are now looking at adding value to this area.

The Opsbuds Solutions has already made progress. Rju is the software engine developed by Opsbuds that connects with the telephone switch and the CRM system. Using a unique algorithm that maps front end customer service activity with the back-end knowledge base it seeks to enhance the process behind customer satisfaction. The focus is on the front-line, mapping the customer service department tap into its knowledge base.

While there are a lot of services offering predictive analysis Opsbuds aims at mixing manual processes with automated ones. For instance, with Rju a team of people can listen in to customer calls in real time and silently push messages and notificatons to the customer service executives to help them improve their engagement with the client.

Cariapa believes that this model is best suited to Indian market since voice recognition technology has still not matured to the level that it can be utilized for analysis.
