Venture Intelligence report on the Private Equity (PE) activity by TSJ Media for the year 2011 calendar year is out. Tucked away in the report is this bit of news that VC investment constituted 11 per cent of all PE investments in India last year.
Just how much was the total PE investment? According to Venture Intelligence it is:
To be precise the total PE investment that has gone in last calendar year is $10,117 million over 441 deals.
