Spice Digital and Zoom Developers Memorandum of Understanding

India's leading Value Added Service provider Spice Digital Limited signed Memorandum of Understanding with Zoom Developers Pvt Limited for starting Mobile Governance services from Common Service Centres run by Zoom Developers in Himachal Pradesh.

The MOU was signed between Vinish Kathuria, Chief Operating Officer, Spice Digital Limited and A.K. Tiwari, Head e-Governance Zoom Developers in presence of Kishan Kapoor, Hon'ble Industry Minister of Himachal Pradesh and Dilip Modi, Chairman Spice Televentures in New Delhi.

Dilip Modi told that Himachal is the one of the First States to effectively implement the Mobile Governance in the state and added that under the MOU, Spice Digital will provide the Value Added Services through 600+ CSCs set up by Zoom Developers in Six Districts of Kangra division of Himachal Pradesh.

Vinish Kathuria, Chief Operating Officer, Spice Digital Limited told that under the agreement the Citizens of the six districts will be provided multiple services like Govt to Citizens, Business to Citizens and Business to Business Services in Kangra Division. Citizens will be required to register themselves with Common Service Centres for multiple services and Spice Digital Limited will provide all the services to the registered customers through Mobile Governance.

A.K.Tiwari, Head e-Governance, Zoom Developers said," It gives us great pleasure to announce the signing of MOU with Spice Digital since it is aligned with our endeavor of bringing more and more services to common man through the reach of CSCs"

Information related to Agriculture, Horticulture, Weather Report, Govt Schemes, Educations etc will be provided to the citizens through Common Service Centres. Registered Citizens will be regularly provided the services on their mobiles on the nominal charges starting from Rs. One.
