Amit Burman, Chairman of Lite Bite Foods and Vice Chairman of Dabur India Limited, has been named the Restaurant Entrepreneur of the Year at the India Restaurant Awards 2011 for his contribution towards the food retail industry in India through his F&B retail chain Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd.
Burman was presented the award at a glittering ceremony organized by India Restaurant Congress 2011. Speaking on the occasion, Amit Burman said: “It is a moment of great pride for me to have been awarded the ‘Restaurant Entrepreneur of the Year’. This award truly belongs to my team at Lite Bite Foods and it’s their high quality, commitment, service and hard-work that have won me this acclaim. The award brings along with it a greater responsibility and promise to excel in our stream.”
