I am running a Proprietorship Construcion Company called V4U Homes (www.v4uhomes.com) for the past 3 years. The nature of work is Construction of Residential Bungalows and Apartments on Fixed Price Contract and Promotion of Residential Apartments in Chennai Suburbs. We have made a turnover of 2.5 crores during last financial year and the projected turnover for current fiscal's turnover is 4 crores with a profit margin of 20% to 25%. I am looking out for funds to expand my business and move on to the next level. I am interested in receiving fund on Risk Sharing (Project based, High returns, but not fixed) and Non-Risk Sharing (Fixed Returns, % basis) mode.
