Exchange Description: We require Rs 30 lacs for school building against security of land worth Rs 60 lacs
We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified organization providing total consultancy and franchise to set up K-12 schools right from concept to commissioning and also managing them profitably. We arrange building plans, construction, interiors, furniture and fixtures, education aids, interviews, appointments, teacher trainings, publicity, admissions, curriculum, assessments, remedial teachings, parent – teacher meetings, etc. We have already set up over ten schools - all running successfully. Presently we are setting up two schools in Northern India. We also take over sick schools, revive and manage them profitably. We charge on revenue sharing basis.
GEM Kids
At GEM Kids, we provide curriculum to the unorganized sector schools for Class Playgroup, Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG. Now we plan to set up a chain of GEM Kids Playschools under revenue sharing basis.
WISE Program (Wonderful Innovations in School Education)
We are also coming up with Wonderful Innovative products for schools. The details of this program will be disclosed in March – April 2012.
SMART Program (Scholastic Multiple Assessment and Remedial Teaching)
We are also developing SMART Program for Class I to XII. Unlike regular tests which try only to find out how much a child knows (or has memorized), SMART measures how well a student has understood concepts and gives a detailed report of the child’s performance, subject teacher performance and school performance on all India basis. It also provides remedial teaching to improve the student’s performance. This program will be offered from July 2012 on pan India basis.
