Exchange Description: We are into manufacturing of steel fibers used for secondary reinforcement in concrete mainly in Industrial Floorings and Tunnel shotcreting, precast element and pipes. We have started from scratch and have build a strong list of cleints. We manufacure all varitey of steel fibers and would like to scale up furtther. I need mentor/s to guide and reframe ideas about how to tap further market, buidling of a brand and how to be in continous link and liasioning with construction companies. Also need guidance for how to tap overseas market as there is demand for the product we make. We compete with a MNC - Bakeart present in almost every place in the world. However being a local suplier we have a edge over pricing and hence are able to reach upto cetain levels.
