Exchange Description: Dear all,
We are working on a very exciting and innovative rural retail venture (this model will potentially be a main stream retail model with significant revenue potential)
The venture is backed by a solid team of founders and we will initiating institutional fund raising soon. Founding team has several years of experience in Strategy, Sales, Operations and PE and have under grad degrees from BITS, IIT and MBAs from global b-school such as INSEAD.
We are going through an exciting but very fast growth phase. As a consequence, we are looking to augment our current team. Ideal candidate should be action oriented and committed. Previous experience in front line sales or operations is helpful. The role involves working with the founders directly and taking direct and full responsibility for large work modules.
This role is ideal for some one who is:
1. Planning to apply to a top business school or already have an admit and looking for a hands-on startup experience (Manik - a team member is working currently as Associate Director with us until the time he joins INSEAD this August!)
2. Planning to be part of an exciting start-up story on a long term basis
