"How to Move On To Next Level?" is an issue that many organisations, be it on startup stage or grown-up stage face today. Its not an easy answer.
Its a transformational process that needs expert consulting. "Next Level" is a highly aspirational level for all the organisations in the world. It can be defined for different organisations in different ways. For some, the trick lies in skills of human resource, for some its lies in expanding markets, and for some it lies in Information Technology used in the organisation, while for others, it may have other different meanings.
