
Nasscom Product Conclave 2010 kicked off to a great start. It was an eclectic milieu entrepreneurs, ideas and products. While some of the sessions packed a punch, a few others were heavy with technicalities. There was enough actually for the entrepreneurs to get soaked in information to the skin. Here's a not so comprehensive and a quick round-up of first day’s sessions I found interesting.

Where you start is probably not where you will end. If you want to start a big company it will take time. We survived because I took care to keep changing the management team to make them work according to the changing market scenario. You will face key forks on the road and you must take the right decisions as a product company, because as a product company if you do not grow you have nothing.

For examples: Tamilians were more interested in political news, Kannadigas more on arts and culture, so they focused their content to suit their needs.
