Had you thought ‘Working-From-Home’ could have so many benefits?

There are days when you feel like working from home and don't want to go to office. But then, Oh! You need to go to office because it’s a policy in your office to come to office daily on time without any excuse.
Well, everyone wants flexible office hours. One nice way of implementing it is telecommuting or working from home. Telework is associated with a number of costs and benefits which I had once covered in my project in HR. Lets count them (You may not be contributing to all the benefits at one time)
1. You save fuel (for you or for company)
2. You save company’s overheads (water, power etc.)
3. You save traveling time to office which could be upto 4-5 hours for some people.
4. You can work at your ease and comfort.
5. You save the roads of excess traffic.
6. You save the air from the excess pollution
7. You save yourself from directly facing wrath of boss, when you haven’t submitted work on time. You can face him/ her on phone.
8. You earn brownie points from kids/ spouse/ parents.
9. You reduce absenteeism
10. You increase your employees’ productivity
11. You retain the special employees for your company, as telework serves as perk.
12. You save the office and parking space.
13. You are able to take care of home and save yourself from monotony.
And many others.
So, you have so many benefits to tell your boss for working from home. However, this mostly holds for people whose maximum work is conducted through internet or phone, which can be done at home. Correct me, if I am wrong.
All said, there are some points not to be taken for granted here:
1. You should be accessible to colleagues during the office hours.
2. You should be able to do most of the office work at home.
3. If calling from home is an unwanted expense for you, don’t telecommute. Go to office rather.
4. You should normally be able to reach office or some other place on your own, if required ay time during the day.
So, will you telecommute today?

These are few rule to work from home-
1. Prepare office like environment
2. Keep all the necessary stationary in advance.
3. Make your family aware about the importance of distraction free environment.
4. Keep pets away from your work.
5. Have daily planner, set goals in advance and stick over it.
6. Set meeting with business partners or prospects in nearby cafe or Restorant.
7. Please remove TV from your work place.

Wojciech Seweryn, an American immigrant from Poland and skilled amateur
sculptor, hot selling

great crimes of the 20th century, the massacre of 22,000 Poles by Soviet agents
in 1940. The slaughter, known as as the Katyn Forest massacre, happened when Mr.
Seweryn was under a year old. The monument he built, though, was personal: Among
those executed was his father.
It ate at him his whole life. Russia denied culpability for Katyn until 1990,
and has yet to describe the event as a war crime for which Stalin himself was
timberland chukka boot responsible.Then, this month, a breakthrough: Russian
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin visited Katyn, just ahead of the 70th anniversary
of the massacre. And in the crowning moment of Mr. Seweryn’s life, he was
invited by Polish President Lech Kaczynski to fly with him and other leaders to
Katyn for a ceremony last Saturday.
Mr. Seweryn bought men timberland

over the suit’s material. “It was important that it didn’t wrinkle on the
plane,” she says. “He was so excited.”Mr. Seweryn didn’t make it to the
ceremony. He, President Kaczynski and 94 others perished when the Tupolev-154
crashed in fog.
